This new-old-stock Fender Japan-market guitar is a very nice rendition of an early '70s second-generation Telecaster Thinline in an unusual "Custom Color" . The Thinline Model would have never existed in this hue originally, but this is a cool rendition anyway and definitely eye-catching! It is 4 years old having been made in 2017 and apparently sitting as unsold stock in Japan since then.

The instrument shows hardly any handling wear and little if any play time. It is finished in a pale pinkish hue topped off by the period-correct pearloid pickguard and nicely re-created vintage style hardware, including Fender Japan's re-creations of the now-sought-after "Wide Range" humbucking pickups. This is a very sharp-looking and good-sounding modern "Traditional" Tele thinline, super light and easy to handle a lovely example of the excellent "vintage" style instruments Fender Japan has created for decades now. Includes the original Fender gig bag and some paperwork. Near Mint Condition.
