Washburn Style 5395 Bell Model Tiple, made by Lyon & Healy, c. 1926, made in Chicago, natural lacquer finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top; mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard.

Overall length is 26 3/4 in. (67.9 cm.), 11 in. (27.9 cm.) width, and 3 in. (7.6 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 15 3/4 in. (400 mm.). Width of nut is 1 1/2 in. (38 mm.). All original with very little play wear. There is some light blushing to the finish on the headstock and bottom edge of body from exposure to moisture long ago and medium finish checking overall. The area of the bridge under the fretwire saddle saddle appears cut down slightly. An excellent player and a truly fine example of one of the rarest Washburn/Lyon & Healy creations. Overall Excellent Condition.
