C. F. Martin D-18 Model Flat Top Acoustic Guitar (1975), made in Nazareth, PA, serial # 364453, natural finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top; mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, original molded blue plastic hard shell case.

Overall length is 41 in. (104.1 cm.), 15 3/4 in. (40 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 15/16 in. (12.5 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). All original with some minor wear and a few minor repairs. The pickguard has shrunk up a bit and there is sealed pickguard crack on the lower side of the guard, the hint of one on the other side under the E string and a small sealed grain split right at the edge of the soundboard on the lower bass bout. One very cleanly repaired back crack as well. There is some divoting to the fingerboard in the lower positions but the guitar plays well with the original full-height bridge. Nicely aged with a crisp but woody tone, an excellent player with a nicely done pickup installation and a nice example of a now 40-year old Martin. Excellent Condition.
