Payments

Please contact us to pay by wire transfer, Venmo or BTC Bitcoin. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover directly for phone orders as well as in person. If you would like to pay by credit card online, secure payments can also be made via PayPal—paypal@retrofret.com. Personal checks are gladly accepted, but must clear our bank before we can ship. All checks should be payable to the order of Retrofret.

Shipping and Terms

Instruments and other items are sold on a 48 hour approval basis. Shipping charges and taxes are not included in the prices listed. In store sales as well as mail order sales within New York State are subject to sales tax of 8.875%. Shipments out of state may be subject to any applicable sales tax of the destination state and municipality.

Retrofret has been shipping instruments throughout the USA and worldwide for over 30 years. Our shipping department can send parcels via UPS, Fedex, or DHL.

Returns

If you decide not to keep an instrument: Notify us by telephone, or email within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll take note to expect the return and provide a Return Authorization Number to be written on the outside of the box (RA#XXX). Please repack carefully and ship in the same carton via UPS, Fedex, or DHL, insured for its full value. We will refund the cost of the instrument upon inspection - provided it arrives in the same condition as when it left the shop. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
