Rick Turner Model 1 Model Solid Body Electric Bass Guitar (1980), made in California, serial # 122 80, natural finish, laminated mahogany body, laminated maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, black gig bag case.
Overall length is 44 in. (111.8 cm.), 12 1/4 in. (31.1 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 2 3/8 in. (6 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 32 in. (813 mm.). Width of nut is 1 1/2 in. (38 mm.).
This bass shows light signs of play but has not been heavily used over the past almost 40 years. The finish has small scuffs and dings, and there are a few deeper dings on the back, but overall this is a very clean instrument. Plays and sounds great; a truly unique and inspired instrument unlike any other electric bass before or since. Excellent Condition.
