This is a very clean and all original end-of-the-1970s Fender Musicmaster bass, The company's basic student 4-string instrument for that decade. It does not show a lot of wear with just some small dings, dents and light finish scuffing but no repairs or alterations. It plays and sounds as it should, timelessly cool looking in its all-black livery and still one of the solidest and best beginner's basses ever made. The 30" short-scale Musicmaster is a very comfortable 4-string quite suitable for live and recording situations despite its budget origins. This one is even still in its original Fender-branded chipboard case. Excellent Condition.
