Fender TL 69-75 Paisley Telecaster Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (2006), made in Japan, serial # S06376, pink paisley metallic paper with overcoat of clear acrylic finish, hardwood body, maple neck, tweed hard shell case.

This is a little-played example of the very well done Fender Japan re-issue of the infamous 1969 paisley Telecaster made in 2006. The one piece maple neck has a profile just a bit flatter than the original '69 style but quite comfortable, otherwise this is a very close reproduction. The paisley finish is very accurately re-created but does not show the heavy checking and peeling common to the originals today. This one dates to the "Crafted in Japan' era and is about 15 years old now. The TL 69-75 in Pink Paisley has been long one of Fender Japan's best efforts from the 1980's, becoming recognized as a classic in its own right now. This is a fairly light and handy Telecaster, and its timely/timeless paisley livery remains unmistakable, as always James Burton and Elvis approved.

Overall length is 38 3/4 in. (98.4 cm.), 12 1/2 in. (31.8 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).
This guitar shows very minor signs of use, overall superbly preserved, considering is now 15 years old. There is hardly any wear to the finish, and minor corrosion marks on some hardware. The frets also have some very minor wear in the lower positions but the guitar plays great and has the classic Tele twang in spades. It includes a later but very good quality G&G re-issue tweed case. Excellent + Condition.
