Jose Ramirez Estudio 1E Model Classical Guitar (1988), made in Madrid, Spain
Madrid, natural lacquer finish, mahogany back and sides, spruce top; Honduran cedar neck with ebony fingerboard, black tolex hard shell case.
Overall length is 39 1/4 in. (99.7 cm.), 14 3/4 in. (37.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 1/4 in. (10.8 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 25 7/8 in. (657 mm.). Width of nut is 2 in. (51 mm.). Very little wear anywhere, just a couple of small dings behind the bridge (likely fron re-stringing). This is a very fine example of a Studio-grade Ramirez, the amateur level guitar from Spain's most esteemed and enduring guitar maker. Very good sound, complete with an excellent HSC. Excellent + Condition.
